Sometimes it helps to work with someone whose brain does not need yours translated first.

One-on-one coaching for autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults who are ready to work with their brain instead of against it.

This is coaching, not therapy or clinical treatment. Our work is focused on practical support and pattern recognition, not diagnosis or symptom management.

We take a personalized, neurodivergent-informed approach that treats the neurodivergent mind as a different operating system, not a broken one.

Ryan works with clients in person across Woodstock, Cherokee County, and the North Atlanta area, and online with clients anywhere.

You already know your brain works. You're tired of environments that assume it doesn't.

Who this is for: You were diagnosed with ADHD, autism, or both as an adult, or you suspect you're neurodivergent and have never had it named. You've spent years, maybe decades, holding a professional life together through sheer force of will. You're an executive, entrepreneur, physician, attorney, or creative who is clearly capable, but access to that capacity is inconsistent in a way that doesn't make sense from the outside. You've gotten good at masking, and it's costing you more than it used to. You're carrying more than one diagnosis and no one has helped you see how they fit together. You're not looking for a textbook explanation of ADHD or autism. You're looking for someone who understands, from the inside, what it's like to run a mind that wasn't built to the specs everyone around you assumes.

What may actually be happening: The exhaustion isn't laziness, and the inconsistency isn't a character flaw. It's often years of masking finally catching up with you, executive function working against environments that were never designed for how you actually think, or the quiet disorientation of getting a diagnosis and having to figure out who you are now that you have language for it. None of this needs to be fixed. It needs to be understood accurately, so the life and work you build around it actually fits.

How Ryan Approaches It

Ryan's own late diagnosis means this work starts from pattern recognition, not theory. Sessions focus on how your specific brain actually operates: where your attention goes, what drains you, what environments let you function well, and what your masking has been costing you. From there, the work is building a life and a way of working around your actual wiring, not a neurotypical template you've been trying to force yourself into. Sessions may draw on a flexible rhythm of understanding what's really going on, reframing it without pathologizing, designing an approach that fits you, practicing it in real conditions, and adjusting as you learn more about how you work. His own NASA, NATO, White House, and Emmy Award-winning background shaped how he thinks about systems and performance under pressure, but the credibility that matters most here is lived: he has built his own life around a late-diagnosed neurodivergent brain, and he can help you do the same.

Let's Talk About What's Actually Going On

If any of this sounds familiar, the next step is a conversation, not a diagnosis and not a commitment. A Discovery Call is a chance to talk through what's going on and see whether working together makes sense.
