For most of my adult life, my work put me in rooms with complex problems, high stakes, and extraordinarily brilliant people. I spent years inside NASA, in briefing rooms at NATO, and at the White House, working alongside major organizations that needed someone to take an overwhelming amount of information—technical, political, human—and turn it into something people could use to make hard decisions. Along the way, I won multiple Emmys, became an award-winning published poet, and worked with some of the most creative teams on the planet.

To be honest, I hate talking about credentials. Looking back, I never thought of myself as the smartest person in the room. It was always about a specific kind of thinking: finding the pattern underneath the noise, holding competing perspectives at once, and figuring out the real structure of a problem before trying to solve it. I got very good at understanding complicated systems—the kind with a lot of moving parts, deep history, and no easy answers—and helping the people inside them see clearly enough to move.

Then, later than most, I found out I was neurodivergent—like, extremely neurodivergent. Around the same time, my life went through the kind of upheaval that might have led you here. The systems thinking I’d spent twenty years pointing outward at institutions suddenly had nowhere to go but inward. I had to do for myself what I’d always done for major organizations: sit with an enormous amount of contradictory information and find the actual structure underneath.

It turns out that reorientation—from making sense of a complex external system to a complex internal one—wasn't a detour. It was the same work, just aimed differently. Understanding what changed, whether in your circumstances or your self-understanding, and building something real on the other side is the exact skill I spent a career developing. I just didn't know yet that I'd eventually need it for myself.

That's what I bring into the room with a client. There are no canned programs or off-the-shelf worksheets—I treat your life like the complex, particular system it actually is. I'm comfortable with complication, and my work gets people unstuck.

Schedule a Discovery Call with me to explore where you're at, where you'd like to be, and see if we're a fit.
